Alana has worked in the migration industry since 2015 and finds it an intriguing field to contribute her marketing and communications skills.
Alana plays an important role in Interstaff’s business development activities and events and helps to identify new business opportunities. She also assists with managing systems and processes to enhance the customer experience and prepares client communications to support the migration team.

Alana holds a Double Degree comprising of a Bachelor of Arts, with a Major in Professional Writing and Publishing and a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Public Relations from Curtin University.
Alana maintains her knowledge of the marketing and communications field through ongoing CPM programs with the Australian Marketing Institute (AMI).
