With over 15 years of experience in the migration industry since 2009, Nicole provides strategic migration guidance to HR professionals and business owners, helping them engage global talent for both project-based and long-term workforce needs.
Nicole offers expert advice on employer sponsorship, obligations, compliance, nomination procedures, and the business implications of Australia’s evolving migration legislation.
She has assisted numerous individuals to successfully obtain a visa to work in Australia through employer-sponsored visa schemes and temporary skilled visas such as the 400 Short Stay Specialist Visa.
Nicole also helps businesses transition eligible temporary visa holders to Permanent Residence.

Nicole holds a Diploma in Human Resources Management – TARC, Malaysia, Bachelor of Commerce (Management & Public Relations) – Curtin University, WA and a Graduate Certificate in Migration law – Australian National University, ACT.
